Portable Radios

In early 2007 the squad purchased new portable radios to replace the old minitors. With the new radios, we are now able to communicate with each other instead of having to communicate through the police desk. The upgrade from the minitors to the portable radios is the first major upgrade to the communication system since the 1970s.

Ambulance News

The new ambulance has arrived and will be put into service shortly. With this third ambulance in service it will hopefully alleviate all the stress that is being put on the squads two current rigs. With the third ambulance the squad will always have at least two ambulance's in service to answer back up calls for medical aid as much as possible when the duty crew is out on a call already.

Daytime Help

Are you interested in a great way to help your growing community? Joining the first aid squad is one of the great ways. As the community grows from residents to all the new businesses the need for medical aid is drastically growing. The squad is in need of daytime help to staff our ambulances. Blood Drives

The Florham Park Memorial First Aid Squad, Inc., hosts blood drives four times a year at the squad building located at 60 Felch Road. They are conducted by New Jersey Blood Services, which provides blood to about 60 hospitals in New Jersey. Blood drives will be held on the following dates:

July 26th from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

September 27th from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
